About Us

I have always been interested in home furnishings and room decor and have done room makeovers for my family and friends for many years. My first job in high school was at a home decorative center and at 16 years old I was hooked forever! While my career moved in a completely different direction (legislative and state government), my passion has always been for making something new and inviting out of things that are old and discarded. I love to shop for antiques, thrift stores, garage sales and yard sales to find and make one-of-a-kind treasures!

I’ve known for a long while that when my service time was up and I was eligible to retire, I would take this passion and turn it into a business. When I discovered there was actually a profession that would allow me the opportunity to do this for others, I couldn’t wait to become an Accredited Staging® Professional (ASP) and put my natural ability to work! The only thing better would be to do what I love with someone that has the same passion....my sister, Vickie Sneed.

Vickie has been in the medical/nursing field for many years and like me, she wanted to share her ability to create and transform the "regular" to "spectacular"! She has also earned her ASP accreditation and together we have partnered our businesses to offer a wide range of services in home staging and redesign.
