You might be interested to know that the home listed at $169,990. This is $5,000 over the initial target because
the home looked so good in the pictures (due to good photos, but really good staging), and the market in that area for large lot homes had essentially dried up. Today we are likely to accept an offer at $176,000 in a multiple offer situation after only 7 days on the market. So much for a challenging housing market at the start of 2010. Your staging made all the difference in the world. Clearly the pictures online of the staging you did got us more traffic than I ever expected and allowed buyers to “imagine” how the home might look once they moved in.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was to walk in to a room that was redesigned and so totally transformed that we thought we were in the wrong house! Even though most of the furnishings were our own, we hardly recognized the beautiful way in which it was put together. We are looking forward to working with you two on a regular basis, we have lots of rooms left, two down, several more to go (but my home office has to be next)!
