We use a proven professional set of guidelines to prepare your home and when your house meets the criteria, your home will be registered as a Staged® Home. Home Staging® Consultation
Let us tell you how we work, we can do as little or as much as you like. Our consultation service will provide you with a prioritized list of things you can do yourself to maximize your home’s appeal. We will walk through your home with you to determine what your needs are and will then compile a detailed report with suggestions for preparing the home for sale. Upon completion of the consultation report, we will provide the seller and/or Realtor® with a detailed, multi-page list of our Staging® recommendations and you will have the option of making the changes yourself or allowing us to provide you with full Staging® service. All of our services can be customized according to your needs and to fit your budget. The consultation process generally takes 2- 4 hours depending on the size of your home.

Home Staging® Service
Our full service Staging® includes de-cluttering and rearranging furniture in a way that will make the rooms appear as spacious and comfortable as possible. We will use our professional design principles and creative imagination to emphasize the best features of your house. We can stage your entire house for maximum appeal or only stage key rooms to minimize your investment. We can provide decorative accessories from our inventory, or purchase new items for you to use in your new home. Our rates vary depending on the size and condition of your home and the type of staging needs your home requires. We will provide a quote for our full service Staging® at the conclusion of the Staging Consultation.
Vacant Home Staging®
We begin the process by viewing the home and then we return to our office and prepare a bid for Vacant Home Staging. To stage a vacant property, we may either supply items from our own inventory or provide information to allow for furniture to be rented from a rental company to enhance the appeal of the vacant property. Depending on your needs and preference, we will provide a full complement of furniture and accessories in each room or minimize your investment with a less, vignette style of decor. A Vacant Home Staging Bid is complimentary. Fees for staging a vacant property depend on the specific situation and your preferences. The Home Staging Bid will include an initial staging services fee and a rental fee for furniture and accessories.

STAGING TO LIVE! -Redesign
While staging® to sell focuses on neutralizing furnishings in order for a potential buyer to see the home in the best possible light, an interior "redesign" is customized to the needs of the person living in the home. Interior redesigns (or room makeovers) provide creative alternatives to transform your spaces by using what you already own and will reflect your personality and vision for your home. Room redesigns can be a wonderful decorating solution offering dramatic transformations in one day at an affordable price.We begin the redesign process by discussing with you what look you would like to achieve. The transformation occurs when we empty the room and begin “creating a new view with the room”! We will then re-dress the room with your own furniture and accessories and with your permission, we will “shop” your home for items that will make the space new and inviting. We will use existing furnishings and rearrange furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories to reflect and express who you are without having to invest in expensive new furnishings. If needed, items to complete your new look will be suggested.
Redesign Consultation
On occasion, a homeowner may only need guidance and suggestions to develop a decorating plan. We will discuss with you your personal preferences and lifestyle and advise you on ideas for color palettes, furniture placement, paint selection, etc. Based on that information, we will prepare a bid for the room makeover services. The fee for a one-hour consultation is $75.00.
Room Redesign
A room redesign/makeover usually takes 4 to 6 hours but depending on the extent of the work we may quote a bid for a longer period of time. During this time, we perform the work described in the bid for the fee quoted.
